Milkglass bonbonnière

This vintage milk glass covered candy dish is decorated with a pattern of grapes on the vine. It was made in America by the Anchor Hocking company. The original Hocking Glass Company was founded in 1905 and merged with the Anchor Cap and Closure Corporation in 1937 to form the Anchor Hocking Glass Company, which is still in business today. Their line of glassware with this grape design was called 'Vintage' and appears to have been produced in the 1950s through the 1960s.
