Beautiful vintage Iittala "Stellaria" tealight holder. Design and Features Designer: Tapio Wirkkala, one of the most influential Finnish designers. Manufacturer: Iittala, Finland. Production period: 1970s – 1980s. Style: Mid-century modern with the iconic Scandinavian structure inspired by melting ice and ice crystals. Dimensions: approximately 6 cm high and 10 cm in diameter. The Stellaria series is known for the fact that the glass beautifully refracts the flame of a tealight, creating an atmospheric light reflection on the table. Lovely with a tealight inside, but you can also place a thick candle in it.
