Antique Victorian glass coffee milk

Antique hand-blown milk jug – Bohemian / Victorian glass (c. 1900) Description: Offered for sale: a beautiful and highly elegant antique glass milk jug from the period around 1900 (Victorian / Bohemian art glass). This refined jug is entirely hand-blown, clearly evidenced by the underside, which features an expertly ground and polished pontil mark. The design offers a stunning contrast between clear glass and matte (frosted) bands. The glass is hand-decorated with a graceful pattern of gold leaf and raised white enamel dots. The jug is in remarkably good and clear condition; the gold details and trim retain a beautiful sheen, though there is some wear to the gilding. It originally bore an inscription, though this is now barely visible.
