Unique french old clock

Such a beauty this is! A unique object! Is not working. Needs a key for winding but this one is missing but maybe it still works if you wind it.

Or you can make a new working clock from it if you are a bit handy.

Still a beauty in his way just decorative. Has two dragons at the sides and lovely rich details on top and at the bottom side.
