Antique pouring jug

This is an antique French earthenware jug, possibly by Boch Frères, with a relief decoration of leaves and branches. The jug is made of glazed earthenware (faience). The decoration of grapes and leaves suggests it may have been used for serving wine. Similar jugs are described as Art Nouveau in style. It has a small chip on the underside of the rim. Beautiful to use or fill with a bouquet of flowers.
